Euro Estates holds first auction of the year in Mértola

On 28 May, Euro Estates held its first auction of the year in Mértola, at the Cooperativa Agrícola do Guadiana building, which was the highlight of this session.

The auction was attended by several members of the Cooperative and ended with the property being sold on the same day, with the Promissory Purchase and Sale Agreement (CPCV) subsequently being signed.

This event marks the last auction before the summer break and served as a starting point for the sessions already scheduled until the end of the year, where new dynamics in the market and opportunities for investors and buyers are expected.
